With over 35 years experience of Tractors, Combines and Machinery

Francis Evans - Service Francis Evans heads up the Service department and has over 35 years experience of Tractors, Combines and Machinery.

Francis puts into practice his own philosophy that key personnel at all depots must have the requisite depth of knowledge and experience.

Consequently, RFM invest heavily in training, and regularly are at the top of the list for the most hours per technician spent in the Training School in training and re-training. All our Service Technicians are placed on Training Courses at least once per year, and the company invests heavily in the special tools required to properly Service Tech diagnosing a problem enable service and repairs to be carried out with the utmost speed, accuracy and efficiency. Recently RFM has invested in new technologies. We are now able to install GPS systems to any tractor or combine. Also, our technicians now have the ability, with a major technical fault, to communicate in the field with the manufacturer - this enables a quicker resolution to the fault. Francis says, "I am available for you to contact by phone or I can arrange to visit you should you have a problem or concern about any aspect of RFM's service function."

RFM believe that in the long term, only those dealers committed to a 'First Class Field Service' Force will remain as major players in the Agricultural Machinery supply industry.

RFM know that farmers and contractors need to be given this confidence so that they can invest with the certainty that their chosen supplying dealer will not be left wanting when it comes to a 'Rapid Response' to repair and maintain the most important units on the Farm. At RFM it is well understood that the onset of inclement weather, or deteriorating crop conditions can have a significant effect on the profitability of your farming business.
