Andrew Stuffins
started his career in banking, then spent 10 years in the
agricultural supply industry. Prior to starting RFM
with Tony and Russell, he was Finance Manager for the clutch
manufacturer LuK (Hereford) Ltd.
Andrew looks after finance, accounts, administration,
personnel, legal matters and computer systems. He is Finance
Director and Company Secretary.
Tony Dudfield
has worked in the agricultural supply industry for over 30
years, before RFM he was Sales & Marketing Manager
and Machinery Manager for a large regional company. He holds
the National Certificate in Agriculture.
Tony assumes
the general management of the Company.
Russell Brett
worked for J I Case in the days before RFM. He was
employed on Export Sales, and latterly as Regional Sales and
Marketing Manager for the Midlands and South Wales.
Russell takes
responsibility for Tractor and
Combine Sales, Export Sales and Import purchases.
Each of the Directors are contactable should you wish to
speak to them about any matter in relation to RFM.
RFM
employs more than 48 people and has an annual turnover of
approx £18.5M.
Three
experienced Senior Managers working closely with the
Directors complete the management of Ross Farm Machinery.
They are:
Francis Evans
with over 25 years’ technical experience of IH, David Brown
and Case-IH products heads up the Service Department.
Tony Farr
manages the Parts Department bringing to the task more than
25 years’ experience with parts for IH, David Brown and
Case-IH.
Andrew Hempshall
has many years’ experience both in selling and in using
Agricultural Machinery Products. He was an Agricultural
Contractor before entering the agricultural machinery supply
industry. He is in charge of machinery purchasing as well as
operating his sales territory.
